IS TIME KEEPING FROM THE STARS?

Time keeps on tickin' tickin' away, sings songwriter Don Henley in one of his greatest hits. The marking of time and the references about time permeate every culture on Earth. Where did the keeping or marking of time come from? The answer could be out of this world. Literally. The ancient Sumer are credited with creating the hour, minute and second and we still use the exact same increments today. So, how did the ancient Sumerians come up with this revolutionary and long lasting idea?

Little was known about the ancient Sumer before the mid 1800s until the emerging science of archeology discovered their existence. In 1910 a large cache of clay tablets were found containing thousands of documents written in an unknown language. The tablets were recorded using a cuneiform alphabet with 400 characters, along with relief panels containing pictures made using metal seals. Many years have been dedicated to the study and interpretation of these clay panels. Researchers have found records that cover every aspect of everyday life, marriage documents, business contracts, city tax records and a virtual encyclopedia of a very advanced culture. The Sumer are credited with being the first civilization on Earth to have invented a long list of things we still use everyday; the wheel, arch, astronomy, courts, laws, mathematics, sea travel, and time keeping just to name a few. Perhaps one of the most amazing aspects of the Sumer is their highly detailed accounts of their gods the Annunaki. The Annunaki came down to Earth from Heaven and created man by mixing their DNA with the primitive humans that lived on Earth at the time of their arrival. The Anunnaki gave the Sumer everything they needed. All the inventions they are credited with were given to them by the Annunaki according to their writings. The Sumer had a mathematical system based on 60 rather than our base 10 system. They divided hours by 60 minutes, and minutes by 60 seconds. How were they able to mark off these units of time? It is assumed that they must have had some device capable of marking time. A very curious device is ever present on the wrists of the Annunaki. The Sumer generated a great number of carvings, statues and images of the Annunaki and they always took great care in placing what for lack of a better description appears to be a watch. They are not Rolexes but do look very precise with a face, markings all around the outside of the face and a sweeping hand. The Sumer have left great volumes of information to us about their gods the Annunaki. The Annunaki are characterized by the Sumer as a great space fairing people. They are believed to have been very large individuals perhaps 2-3 times larger than a man. They are called the Nephilim in the Hebrew Bible and referred to as the Sons of God. They became attracted to human women and had offspring that were giants, the "Men of Renown". What is interesting is that the Sumer recorded stories about these creatures thousands of years before the Bible. One startling account tells of the Annunaki's origins and how their planet Nibiru comes through our neck of the woods every 3600 years. One time in the ancient past Nibiru passed to close to Earth and knocked off a big chunk of our planet that later formed our Moon. The cross pollination of Earth with Nibiru provided the basic elements for their evolution. These ideas are 7000 years old and NASA today believes that this could be a very valid theory. NASA is currently searching for what they call Planet X. Planet X is believed to be out beyond our recognized solar system. Much of the information contained in the ruins of the Sumer has yet to be translated, who can imagine what knowledge may be reveled. Were the ancient Sumer just a bunch of really smart tribesmen? Are the Annunaki merely religious idols created as part of a creation myth? In the Atlantium continuum the answer is "NO". The probability of a group of primitive humans gathering in the desert and creating the first of many inventions we still use today without some sort of help is difficult to imagine. CIVILIZATION.... GIFT FROM ABOVE?

It is difficult to imagine when your sitting in your car listening to satellite radio, stuck in traffic in a major urban enclave that everything around you may have come from the sky. Recently, volumes of information from researchers has been surfacing that raise powerful questions. Where did ancient civilization really come from? Scientists and Archaeologists agree that the first truly organized civilizations began in Mesopotamia with the Sumerians some 6500 years ago. From there two very different trains of thought diverge.

The classic knowledge base says that man was living in caves and hunting for food using primitive weapons. Then the cavemen just settled down for some reason and started making cities and creating everything a civilized community would need. Before the Sumerians there is no record of incremental developments in writing, math, astronomy, education, government, or any other component of civilized life. It seems that these amazing humans just pulled up there sandal straps and invented everything that they needed. The Sumer were prolific writers, using an alphabet consisting of 400 symbols they wrote down everything on clay and stone tablets. One thing about the writings of the Sumerians is that they wrote everything in stone. No one today can say that their writings have been altered for political, religious or translation reasons. What you see is what they wrote. This singular fact is what makes the records of the Sumer so important today. Zecharia Sitchin one of the few people worldwide that can read Sumerian cuneiform has written many books on the writings of the ancient Sumerians. His study has taken him down a very different path than that of his colleagues. Sitchin has spent 40 years reading and studying the ancient writings of the Sumerians and he believes that the texts describe actual events that took place and are not mere mythologies. Mainstream academia summarizes the Sumerian stories as Mythos, elaborate physco-symboligy that attempts to explain creation and mans relationship with God. Sitchin believes that the Sumerians lived among a super advanced space fairing race called the Annunaki. And it was these not so benevolent space travelers that gave humans everything they needed to create a civilization. The Sumerians wrote that the Annunaki came from the outer solar system from a planet called Nibiru. They gave early man mathematics, time measurement that we still use today and just about everything else a modern civilization would need. From literally no where cities with water and sewer systems, streets, government, writing, financial systems, education, science, astronomy and many other advanced ideas sprang into being. The Sumerians wrote that the Annunaki translated "Those from heaven who came to Earth" gave them all the knowledge that they had. Today we still use the 60 minute 60 second time model that the Sumer say was given to them by the Annunaki. Many other concepts like the 12 month calendar and the constellations of the Zodiac to name but just a few are still in use today. If the Sumer had created all of these modern achievements on there own why would they give all the credit to a mythological Annunaki? The Sumerians had elaborate knowledge of our solar system, they were fully aware of the location of all the planets in the solar system, the constellations of the zodiac and the procession of the equinoxes. All of this 5000 years before the invention of the first telescope. In a relief panel made by rolling a metal scroll over wet clay the solar system is clearly represented with the sun in the center and 10 planets revolving around it. The tenth planet is Nibiru the Annunaki home world. It was thought that the Earth was the center of the solar system and all the planets revolved around it until the 1600's some 5500 years later. Could the Sumerians have lived among super advanced spacemen? Did the Annunaki give mankind a jump start and hand down key knowledge from the sky? In the Atlantium continuum the answer is YES. It is clear that the Sumerians were amazingly advanced, creating many concepts and ideas that we still use everyday. After 6500 years their ideas must be pretty good for us to still be using them. Ancient works from all over the world tell of a time before a great deluge when man was company to angels that came to earth and shared their wealth and knowledge with man. MERCURY... ANCIENT SPACEMAN?

The Roman god Mercury was a swift and just messenger capable of sending messages to Heaven at lightning speeds. He was depicted as having wings sprouting from his ankles and head emphasizing his speed and agility. The Mercury of the Romans was a derivative of a long line of information technologists. The oldest known reference to a Deity resembling Mercury was made by the Ancient Sumer. They described creatures known to them as Nephilim, meaning "lofty Ones" or "Those who came to Earth from Heaven".

The Sumer sculpted images of these beings as half bird and half man, they wrote extensively about how these beings travelled from Earth to Heaven and back at will. One possibility is that the Sumer wanted to make a clear statement that these man like beings could fly. One of the well documented stories details the fascination and desire the Nephilim had for human women and how they bred with them generating a race of super hybrids. The Hebrew Bible eludes to these events in Genesis chapter six. The Sumer's Nephilim became the Egyptian god Thoth. Thoth was depicted as having the head of an Ibis bird and the body of a man. A very close iteration of the Nephilim as described by the Sumer 2000 years earlier. Thoth was the Egyptian god that created writing, chronicled all knowledge and was the measurer

and recorder of time. Thoth was thought to be scribe to the gods and maintained a great library of scrolls. His images are prolific among the ruins of ancient Egyptian temples. Thoth always has one form of instrument or device in his hand or about his head. What these curious items are and their purpose may never be understood. Thoth evolved into the Greek god Hermes a thousand years on resuming his post as herald to the gods. Hermes carries messages from earth to the gods in Heaven. All of these figures carried an instrument called by the Romans a Caduceus. A staff with two snakes entwined around it. When real life Roman messengers carried important news or information across the battlefield to the opposing leadership they in fact bore a Caduceus. This provided complete protection for messengers, no one would dare harm them if they carried a Caduceus. The Sumerians were the first to document the appearance of the Nephilim and record the amazing and thought provoking behavior of a being that inspired many great empires. Were Mercury and all his progenitors spacemen? Were their behavior and capabilities patterned after an individual from a space fairing civilization that once lived on Earth? In the Atlantium continuum the answer is YES. The Ancient Sumer recorded many stories of the Nephilim, the Hebrew Bible refers to them as Fallen Angels and their mark on humanity has continued until today. ANCIENT SUMERIAN BIOTECH

If we look back to the oldest known writings we find the clay tablets of the Sumer. Numerous tablets have been discovered and it is probable that many others exist. The tablets contain volumes of information, records of financial transactions, decrees, news announcements a veritable clay database. The most striking information contained in these 6500 year old tablets is the record of the Anunnaki. In the Sumer language Anunnaki means "those who came down from heaven". The Sumer record of the Anunnaki have been well known since the early nineteenth century. Like so many ancient artifacts and texts they seem mundane until seen through the filter of modern scientific understanding. The elaborate records maintained by the Sumarians concerning the Anunnaki were until just recently believed to be a creation myth. Many archaeologists and mythologists that have studied the records fail to see any connection between ancient Sumer and the world today.

The detailed creation story told by the Sumerians sounds like a science fiction novel written by a top author today. The Sumer claimed that an advanced vanguard of gods from a distant planet named Nibiru landed near the Persian Gulf over 400,000 years ago. The Anunnaki were in search of gold. Apparently they knew of a process to change the gold to a monoatomic form which has anti gravity properties. This idea was rediscovered by modern science in the last few years. No one has figured out how to make the monoatomic gold but advanced physics proves its existence. The Anunnaki enlisted the local Homo-erectus population to work as slaves in the gold mines but were unhappy with their abilities. Enki the chief science officer and Ninhursag the top medical officer experimented with mixing various animal genes with the primitive primates without much success. Finally they tried mixing Anunnaki genes with early man and eureka, a stable mining worker was created. The newly minted Homo-sapien was just the ticket. Soon the humans began to populate the planet and became a well adapted creature that overwhelmed the Anunnaki. The elite Anunnaki took human women as wives and had children by them. This was considered an outrage to the high council of the Anunnaki. It was by an order at the highest levels that the hybrid Anunnaki-Human be destroyed. The experiment was a complete failure all of the human hybrids must be eliminated. The Anunnaki were aware that an impending natural catastrophe was near and that they would allow it to kill all the hybrids. Enki, the top Anunnaki official that had overseen the hybrid project was sympathetic to the humans he had genetically engineered and saved them from a worldwide flood. The Sumerian records describe in great detail how these genetically engineered hybrids lived and worked as slaves, warriors and mates to the Anunnaki. Clay tablet images resembling the double helix of the DNA molecule appear in the records of the Sumerians. Could these images be a commemoration of the Anunnaki-Human hybrid experiment? How could these ancient people living at the dawn of human history create such an amazing story? Drawings of the Anunnaki in their lab brewing up hybrids have been found and add weight to this startling story. 2000 years after the Sumerians recorded this information the Hebrew Patriarch MOSES wrote in Genesis 6:1-4 ,
“And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose... There were nephilim in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.” Are we the descendants of the Anunnaki Human Hybrids? Did Darwin get it wrong? In the Atlantium continuum the answer is YES. It is evident that every culture from the beginning of recorded time recalls this same story over and over again.
