ANCIENT DNA RESEARCH

Craig Venter the world famous and tediously controversial DNA researcher stunned the science community with his announcement that he had created a complex synthetic chromosome. Venter and his team of scientist stitched together laboratory chemicals to create a gene that is 381 genes long and contains 581,000 base pairs of genetic code. The synthetic life form is then placed in the cell work of a bacterium known as Mycoplasma genetailia. Once inserted the DNA takes over the workings of the cell and becomes an entirely new form of life. The new bacterium has been dubbed Mycoplasma Labortorium. Designer lifeforms could provide completely new ways of solving problems in many areas from energy to medicine. No doubt these new genetically engineered creatures will open up new unseen uses, but are we just relearning ancient knowledge?

The ancient Sumer built super cities and lived in very modern like conditions over 6500 years ago. The existence of this civilization has only been known since the 1800's and researchers have only begun to scratch the surface of the many artifacts that have been discovered. The Sumerians were excellent record keepers and invented a way to engrave metal and stone cylinders to make clay seal panels. The panels still completely intact today offer some insight into the pantheon of the Sumer society. Their beliefs regarding man's creation are very well documented in the seals and tablets that they generated. One image that stands out is the double helix of the entwined snakes. This image has been used ever since as the symbol for medicine. The medical establishment today still prominently uses this ancient image as its mascot. The ancient Sumer believed that their creators the Annunaki literally designed them in a laboratory. In one clay panel the Annuanki are depicted sitting among what appear to be flask jars and vases while presenting a human infant, the tree of life a symbol used in many Sumer panels is standing in the room representing creation. The tree of life and the entwined snakes have appeared frequently in Sumer clay panels. The Annunaki came down from heaven and created man and woman. The Annunaki made man in his own image by using his own blood to make man. These detailed creation myths have been reinterpreted by modern researchers like Zecheria Sitchin to read like a Sci-Fi novel. Sitchin's research has lead him to believe that the Annunaki were a space fairing race that came to Earth 400,000 years ago to mine for gold and other valuable minerals. While here they took indigenous primates and other animals and experimented with their DNA, finally breeding Homo-Sapiens some 150,000 years ago. Interestingly, the Hebrew Bible written some 3000 years after the Sumer wrote their creation story asserts that the "Elohim" said; "Let us make man in our own image". The Elohim are the same individuals as described by the Sumer as the Annunaki. The name Annunaki means "Those who came to earth from heaven". Zecheria Sitchin and others firmly believe that the Annunaki were a very advanced race from a distant planet called Nibiru. The Annunaki were skilled in all the sciences we are familiar with today. It seems that they may have been a few hundred years ahead of where we are currently. Of coarse there is no way to know how advanced they really were. But 500-800 years into our future could be amazing. After all Columbus could have never imagined our world today only 500 years ago. His little wooden ships state of the art at the time took months to cross the Atlantic. Today thousands of people cross the oceans everyday in hours. Our modern DNA research has mapped the human genome and discovered that humans are extremely closely related to every other thing on earth. We share 50-60 percent of the genes of plants and bacteria, and 99 percent of the same genes as other primates like chimps. It is clear that man is the most complex being on the planet and a product of the evolution and improvement of the lower species. Man has evolved from the successes of all the lower creatures that have come before. But wait, it turns out that there are 223 genes in the human genome that don't show up anywhere in any of our predecessors. In other words there is a milk man somewhere in our past. 223 genes is almost 1% of our total 30,000 gene instruction package. Where did these unrelated genes come from? The Annunaki were said to have used their own blood to make mankind more like them, to improve them physically and mentally. These unique genes show up in man at the same time as the Annunaki reigned in Sumer, our modern day Iraq. A recent study of the Human genome was concluded and determined that a Mitochondrial Eve in fact existed. Eve would have lived 140,000 years ago in the north of Africa near southern Iraq where the Sumer settled. Was ancient man genetically altered by an advanced race of beings from a distant planet? Is the missing link the result of altered DNA? In the Atlantium continuum the answer is "YES". The Sumer, Hebrews, Egyptians and others have been telling us this fact about ourselves for Millennia. It is very difficult to come to the realization that we may be hybrid beings. As races here on earth we mix together frequently and this should stand as an example of how blending can be good. ANNUNAKI SUPER TECH

 The 6500 year old writings of the Sumerians and later the carvings of the Babylonians and Assyrians focus on a super tech race known to them as the Annunaki. These creatures described as gods that came to earth from heaven are credited with among many other things the actual creation of the first man. One Sumerian creation myth tells of a time before modern man when the Annunaki came to Earth in search of gold. The Annunaki organized the primitive Homo Erectus humans as gold miners.

It seems that the Annunaki are from a planet called Nibiru which is the 10th planet in our solar system. Nibiru sails around an elliptical orbit that takes it out beyond Pluto and every 3600 years it comes back into our neck of the woods. The planet is warmed internally by friction and is dark most of the time due to its vast distance from the sun. According to the Sumerians the Annunaki wanted to vaporize the gold that was mined here on earth and introduce it into their planets' atmosphere in order to create a global insulation blanket. Trapping the heat coming from the planets' surface and preventing it from escaping into space. We call this Terra-forming today, the idea that a planet can be made livable by generating an atmosphere and ecosystems on a global scale. This idea is at best 75 years old but the Sumerains thought of it 6500 years ago. Homo Erectus proved to be very difficult to manage and gold production was inadequate. The top two Annunaki leaders established an R&D project to see if various animal genes could be blended with the primitive man in an effort to produce a better more productive worker. Apparently many bazaar creatures were developed but none met the needs of the Annunaki. Finally Annunaki blood was used in the experiment and the result was a success, Homo Sapiens were born. This new and improved human was just what was needed to fit the bill. The story of the Annunaki and his relationship with his creation continues for thousands of years up until the time of the Sumerian culture. These ideas are easy to shrug off as just fantasy myths and grand story telling. We are immersed in many of these ideas today due to books, movies and television, but the Sumerian stories are ancient going back to the very beginning of recorded history. When these stories are coupled with the many visual images that have been left a very solid platform begins to emerge. A base that science can build on by looking at these ancient stories in a whole new way. One panel left by the Sumerians clearly depicts seven planets and the sun. The Earth was the 7th planet for the Annunaki because they were coming here from beyond Pluto and they considered Nibiru to be the 10th planet. The Annunaki are always pictured as beings that could fly, many flying vehicles are apparent in many of the ancient Sumerian and Babylonian carvings. They typically are wearing what could be a watch or personal information device. One relief reveals two Annunaki swimming under water with fish nearby with what looks like Scuba gear. One daunting feature that is always present in the depiction of the Annunaki is a very large calf muscle. This could be the result of living on a larger planet with greater gravity than Earth. Many images of the Annunaki seem to include industrial strength sun glasses. They hail from a very dim world and the Earths' sunlight could be damaging or at least painful to there sensitive eyes. The Annunaki were revered and worshiped as gods by the Sumerians, Babylonians and the Assyrians. An overwhelming amount of information has been found over the last 200 years about these super advanced beings and now we are starting to see these records in a new and exciting light. According to the Sumerians the Annunaki lived very long lives, tens of thousands of years and they could sleep for 5 or 6 years. They were very slow to make changes taking centuries to make decisions and alter plans. Everything for them was on a grand scale even their planet took 3600 years to go around the sun once. Are the Annunaki just the stars in an ancient creation myth? Are the thousands of writings and carvings just an ancient form of comic book? In the Atlantium continuum the answer is "NO". It is plausible to piece together a story that holds up to scientific scrutiny from the writings of the Sumerians. We haven't found a 10th planet as yet but Pluto wasn't discovered until 1930. MERCURY... ANCIENT SPACEMAN?

The Roman god Mercury was a swift and just messenger capable of sending messages to Heaven at lightning speeds. He was depicted as having wings sprouting from his ankles and head emphasizing his speed and agility. The Mercury of the Romans was a derivative of a long line of information technologists. The oldest known reference to a Deity resembling Mercury was made by the Ancient Sumer. They described creatures known to them as Nephilim, meaning "lofty Ones" or "Those who came to Earth from Heaven".

The Sumer sculpted images of these beings as half bird and half man, they wrote extensively about how these beings travelled from Earth to Heaven and back at will. One possibility is that the Sumer wanted to make a clear statement that these man like beings could fly. One of the well documented stories details the fascination and desire the Nephilim had for human women and how they bred with them generating a race of super hybrids. The Hebrew Bible eludes to these events in Genesis chapter six. The Sumer's Nephilim became the Egyptian god Thoth. Thoth was depicted as having the head of an Ibis bird and the body of a man. A very close iteration of the Nephilim as described by the Sumer 2000 years earlier. Thoth was the Egyptian god that created writing, chronicled all knowledge and was the measurer

and recorder of time. Thoth was thought to be scribe to the gods and maintained a great library of scrolls. His images are prolific among the ruins of ancient Egyptian temples. Thoth always has one form of instrument or device in his hand or about his head. What these curious items are and their purpose may never be understood. Thoth evolved into the Greek god Hermes a thousand years on resuming his post as herald to the gods. Hermes carries messages from earth to the gods in Heaven. All of these figures carried an instrument called by the Romans a Caduceus. A staff with two snakes entwined around it. When real life Roman messengers carried important news or information across the battlefield to the opposing leadership they in fact bore a Caduceus. This provided complete protection for messengers, no one would dare harm them if they carried a Caduceus. The Sumerians were the first to document the appearance of the Nephilim and record the amazing and thought provoking behavior of a being that inspired many great empires. Were Mercury and all his progenitors spacemen? Were their behavior and capabilities patterned after an individual from a space fairing civilization that once lived on Earth? In the Atlantium continuum the answer is YES. The Ancient Sumer recorded many stories of the Nephilim, the Hebrew Bible refers to them as Fallen Angels and their mark on humanity has continued until today.
