MARS...ANCIENT EARTH COLONY?
On the night before Halloween in 1938 millions of Americans were tuned in to a radio show featuring Plays directed and starring Orson Wells. The performance for that evening 
was an adaptation of the science fiction novel "War of the Worlds". The story about an invasion of aliens from Mars was broadcast across the country. The format of the play made it sound as if it was breaking news. This technique of performing a radio play with such realism was new and unfamiliar to many of the weekly listeners. The format sounded like an authentic news bulletin and the actors were reporters covering the story of unworldly ships that had crash landed on a farm just outside Grovers Mills New Jersey. The radio program was so convincing that a large number of people mistook it for a real news broadcast. As the program rolled on real news agencies started to pick up the story of the Martian invasion and a national panic ensued.

It wasn't long before ideas of advanced civilizations were at work on the planet building those canals. Today we know differently, an armada of deep space probes have mapped every inch of Mars. The Canals once thought to be martian made are nothing more than giant ruts cut by ancient running water. A new Martian controversy has taken center stage with seemingly endless potential. Viking I a Mars orbiting probe took pictures in 1976 of an immense feature on the surface that appeared to 
be a highly detailed human looking face. The photos set for years in NASA's files until they were discovered by researchers most notably Richard Hoagland. Hoagland was the first to claim that the face and nearby Pyramid structures were all evidence of an ancient martian civilization. The face is very human like and to some seems very reminiscent of the Sphinx. This has prompted a whole new crop of theories and speculation as to what these structures are and who might have built them. The area has come to be known as Cydonia, a vast smooth plain in the planets' northern hemisphere. More recently NASA returned to Mars with its' brand new high tech Odyssey probe and by popular demand flew over Cydonia. The probe returned some le

But still the features on the surface remain compelling to those that have spent years studying and theorizing what these curious structures might be. One remarkable idea lays out a connection between ancient Egypt and Cydonia. The face and nearby Pyramids share a great number of similarities. The Cydonia face carries the same headdress of the Sphinx and the Pharaohs. The cluster of large Pyramids seem to be arranged into a city with a town center and other large supporting buildings. Most of the theories propose that an ancient advanced Martian expeditionary party came to earth and established an outpost at Giza Egypt thus the many unique similarities. What if it was the other way around? Ancient Sanskrit texts from the Rama Empire describe in amazing detail the existence and use of advance
d flying machines known as Vimanas. These flying marvels were common among a number of ancient empires at that time, including Atlantis, Egypt and the ancient Peruvians. The ancient texts chronicle the flights and battles that took place between these rival empires. One compelling aspect of the various stories is that these Vimanas were capable of fighting in space. Specially designed ships were capable of taking a contengent of troops to the Moon and the nearby Planets. Battles took place between the Rama Vimanas and those of the other empires in orbit above the Earth and other Planets. Egypt was noted as being one of the combatants in these stories and had Vimana technology on par to the Rama Empire. One possibility for the Face and Pyramids on Mars if they truely do exist could be that the ancient Egyptians left them there. Current science would find this utterly proposterous of coarse but science thought the world was flat. It is unclear how old these stories of Vimanas are, the Atlantium period is thought to have been 15,000 to 50,000 years ago. Our modern accepted ideas of civilization and use of technology only go back 7000 years or so. Could the structures at Cydonia on Mars be an ancient Earth colony? Did ancient humans travel to nearby Planets? In the Atlantium continuum the answer is "YES". Ancient artifacts and written accounts point to a time when ancient man was very familar with advanced flying machines. Actually the Vimanas were not made by the Rama Empire.It is the Empire of Ravana who developed such advanced technology. And the other thing is Rama even hadn't have an empire when Ravana developed these Vimanas.His personal craft was known as the Pushpak.
